I have a five-page handwritten document from which I need to gather information for a library catalog record. The problem? It's (I think) in Chinese. Which I don't read. Here's page 1.
Help, 'nauts?

I donated to the Life Support campaign to keep CoSo the healthy and safe community we have created.
I donated what I could, and if all who can contribute do so, small donations add up.
Please consider taking care of CoSo, so CoSo friends can keep taking care of each other.

I was notified by a CoSo friend that the attachment on the Louisiana House Bill 777 that criminalizes librarians for joining the American Library Association didn't work. I've converted it to an image.
Raise a hue and cry! Librarians doing their jobs and belonging to their national organization are NOT CRIMINALS.

Step up on soap box.
Ladies and gentlemen, the Louisiana legislature does not value librarians; they want to make them criminals. If you live in the state, PLEASE take action or you will lose public, school, and college library staff. Libraries will close.

Good morning, @LlamaMountainStudioArts
Leaky rain and then snow? What an evening you had.
I hope that clear caulk applied outside where the water was leaking in solves your problem.

Good Thursday morning!
Another night with no electricity. The weather had cleared, but there were firetrucks at a nearby house responding to an emergency when it cut out. Thankful for our generator.
It's cooled off to 35 F this morning, and we might see a bit of sun this morning. Becoming cloudy and windy this afternoon with a chance of showers so 53 F will feel like low 40s.
Let's try hard to be kind today; kindness can be contagious.
The weather from the ancient Blue Ridge of VA.

"Between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023, there were more than 3,300 attempts to ban books in public school classrooms. This involved 1,557 titles by 1,480 authors, translators and illustrators, a 33 percent increase over the previous year. Forty percent of the bans took place in Florida, followed by Texas, Missouri, Utah and Pennsylvania."

Before The Element of Surprise was removed from the Periodic table in 1921, it could be found under the Chemical symbol "OH".

Power's out again; twice in one week. I love our generator.

We had a wee bit of blue sky and sun this morning that made everything sparkly, but the heavy rains have returned.

The weather system over the eastern United States extends from the Gulf of Mexico south of the LA/TX border north to Burrows Lake, Ontario, Canada; and east to the Atlantic Ocean north of Bermuda.
It is one. huge. weather. event.

"I've been trying my best to influence young people whenever I came in contact with them in public talks to do one thing: to make a practice of searching for the facts."
George Marshall, 1953.

Good morning, @LlamaMountainStudioArts!
It is so muddy here ... glad there's no wind or we would be losing trees.
Dogs are not fond of the rain, especially Miss Lucy, who we got as a stray but who now thinks house puppers who sleep on sofas should not have to get wet!
How are you doing this morning?

Good Wednesday morning!
It's raining and a line of storms will pass through shortly. The severe weather has mostly stayed north. I am mindful that many have suffered from the weather over the last couple days; spring can be fierce.
Rain will let up later and we might see a bit of sun, so a slatchy sky is predicted.
It's 54 F now and might rise 10 degrees today.
That's the weather from the ancient Virginia Blue Ridge; let's make it a kind day out there.

Good morning @Mandypar!
Dark chocolate is one of my favorite food groups.
