Awake during a conversation! I am so glad your fatigue is gone. What do you hope the tilt table does besides make you woozy?
I am OK on purpose. A busy week may have been good after Tuesday; I kept having to move forward.
I am focusing on self care and doing good and not watching national news.
I have begun some weight training that will hopefully strengthen the core that has been slow to heal after an injury over a year ago. So far, so hood.
@MelissaHDavis the tilt table will be a safe method to get me used to being upright, I hope. Good luck with the training!
