I have daffodils and hellebores, aka Lenten roses, blooming so far.
@MelissaHDavis Yes daffodils, tulips, crocuses, snowdrops and some magnolias are starting to flower.

The smaller magnolia? Or does the magnolia grandiflora grow there?
@MelissaHDavis Yes grandiflora grows here - I think my Mum has one in her garden. Our next-door neighbour has a large Magnolia soulangeana in their front garden - the petals get everywhere when they come off.
