@InvaderGzim My daughter locked her keys in her running car at a gas station on a cold, cold night a month or two back. And the service that she paid for couldn't open the door for "reasons". The solution that the service gave her was to wait for it to run out of gas and it would automatically open when the engine died. Gave me confused puppy dog face. I finally managed to break in without breaking anything but the service was useless.
@InvaderGzim Well...I don't break into cars often enough to remember how to do it. So, it's always a relearning experience. πππ₯·π»
@McMarkerson @InvaderGzim
I try to stash a spare key on the outside of the car for just such emergencies.
@McMarkerson
My sympathies...
I was driving home from work long ago and it started icing... Pulled over to clear my wipers and accidentally locked myself out... Luckily had s cellphone and was able to call family to bring me spare key...
Since that day, if I step out of my car, i roll down the window.. unless I have my keys and park...
It's saved me...
Can't imagine having to call a car thief to break in... ππ
