Transition's an amazing thing! On the top I was happy but only because I'd just found the love of my life & the one I was going to marry & have kids with!

What you don't see is the sadness & confusion. No one could & that's how I wanted it. I didn't want people to see my struggles, weaknesses or flaws because I didn't want to burden them.

Now though, even through some painful & sad losses, I'm finally free, free to be myself, free to be open & honest about who I am & free to be happy 😊

I've been in a huge funk lately that I'm finally ready to snap out of. Maybe it's the fact that I feel more confident in November's election, or maybe I'm just tired of being down in the dumps all the time 🤣

@jaunty aww I'm sorry to hear about your pets, it's always tough losing family, especially three of them!

Yeah the political stuff has me nervous/anxious/angry so I can def understand that one.

For some god awful reason, I decided to go with my natural hair today Let's just say the smile is a lie this morning. Feeling ugly, old, and slightly nauseous over my decision.
