@BaileyGS67 I've looked over the powers method and it does seem to be pretty good. My T hasn't gone down much sadly, so not sure how progesterone helps with that.

Another Monday morning is upon on 😀 This week's goal is to spend less time on social media. The last few weeks I've spent more time than I should on it and it's caught up with me. I can only handle so much bad news in a week 🤣

@Graci Most days are pretty good, but today has just been rough. I think all the anti trans bills flying at us hasn't helped my mood either, but luckily I have had some good things happen today so will def try and focus on those ☺️

@HopeNotWorry I am getting bloodwork done....next week is when I take my next ones. My doctor seems very pro spiro and very against progesterone, though I may try and push her to change it. Is what you switched to and did it help?

@Graci I'm generally a patient person but lately I've been seeing all these people on HRT for less time than me who have seen far more changes. I know everyone is different and who knows maybe I'm still not on the right dose. So far no one has mentioned seeing any changes either, which doesn't help

Feeling discouraged 😧 I've been on #hrt for 9 months with minimal changes. The last 3 has shown no change even with an increase in estrogen. I'm currently taking 6mg of estrogen in pill form & 200 mg of spiro. I know it takes time but really wish something more would happen 😟
