Feeling discouraged 😧 I've been on for 9 months with minimal changes. The last 3 has shown no change even with an increase in estrogen. I'm currently taking 6mg of estrogen in pill form & 200 mg of spiro. I know it takes time but really wish something more would happen 😟

@MarvelousMadi13 Hey Madi, I know how you feel, progress is very slow to none at all or so it seems. I am on 2mg x 4 times daily of Estrogen tabs, 200mg of Progesterone in the evening just prior to bed, I stopped Spiro same time I began Progesterone. My boobs have begun to fill out a tiny amount.

@BaileyGS67 I'm debating talking to my endo about progesterone next month, but still not sure.

@MarvelousMadi13 Do some research beforehand so you can ask your doctor and possibly advise her/him of what you are thinking. This is what I did to get on to Progesterone, best thing I ever did. I downloaded the Powers method and studied it, Dr Powers understands us Trans folk really well.

@BaileyGS67 I've looked over the powers method and it does seem to be pretty good. My T hasn't gone down much sadly, so not sure how progesterone helps with that.

@MarvelousMadi13 Progesterone blocks testosterone not sure how but it probably competes for the same receptors? Progesterone makes you so emotional, I love it. Sleep is great too. If you want to try another test blocker in replacement of Spiro then Bicalutamide 50mg works great to with way less side affects.
