After a bit of confusion at the Dr's, I finally got my first dose of injectable E 😁😁😁 The nurse who taught me was fantastic and as much as I hate needles, this one didn't hurt at all 😀

One bright side of this week is that I'm starting my injections for E tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully that helps kickstart my E levels more 😀

What a rollercoaster of a week 👀

Was super excited that I sent in my documents for my name change form, but then it turned to anxiety that I don't even know if my documents made it because I was an idiot and sent the documents (including birth certificate) by standard mail, not priority.

Then was chatting with this super cute guy for a couple days, thought things were going well, to now thinking he's ghosted me.

Then on top of that an almost $1200 vet bill for all the animals 😑

Decide to come home instead of going out tonight so I'm gonna stream some Planetside 2 on #twitch and show off my crazy skills 👀 🤣 Kidding of course, I generally suck at these games but they are still fun 😀

Do I put myself out there and sit at the bar at chilli's by myself or just go home? I've been trying a iot lately to put myself in more situations with lots of people to try and feel more normal out in the world, it's def helped a bit

In summary I'm still not sure what to do 🤣 There is nothing I can do to fix my failed marriage, that ship sailed a long time ago. I need to work on me, and work on finding good people to surround myself with. I have a great family and great friends, guess I'm just hoping I can top it off with an amazing partner.

4) Attraction is a hard thing too. It doesn't matter what gender a person is, if you don't have some sort of attraction, whether physical or emotional it makes it hard to want to get to know someone. Which is something I've always felt bad about. Physical attraction is important to me and I personally need to be attracted to that person I'm with, but I've always felt bad when people liked me, or messaged me and I passed because I didn't have an attraction to them.

Some sites that have options of pan sexual, asexual, demisexual, etc. So if someone puts lesbian, does that mean she's not into trans women?

3) It can be difficult dating trans women as well. There aren't as many us, so finding someone that matches exactly what you're looking for is tough, and that person may be farther away. Kids play a role too, I'd never move far away from my kids, and I assume other trans people wouldn't as well, which can limit things.

I also have trust issues with men. Based on other trans women I've followed there is a risk of assault, rape, or even murder. Not on my list of things to have done.

2) Women can be just as hard to date, especially on dating sites. Many sites only give you options of being interested in men or women. So if a women is interested in women, do they count us as women? Some women are pre-op and others are post-op, does that matter to a cis women who is lesbian? I wish I knew 🤣

I've been out of the dating game for the last 13 years since I was with my ex wife. Now we are not together and though the idea of dating again sucks, I may be ready to actually give it a go, though I do have reservations 😑

1) I've always been attracted to women, but the longer I've been on estradiol the more I've found myself curious about men. Problem is most men suck, they view trans women as a fetish or experiment and nobody has time for that.

@lenaoflune @tyghebright The women at the court made it seem like it should be easy. If it doesn't get publicized in the newspaper then it should only take 6 weeks, so factoring in mail time I'm hoping around 7 weeks
