@see_the_sus fingers crossed! Everyone else has been really good, so maybe the rest of the acceptance will wear off on him π€£
@awnaves it could be waaaay worse, so I can't really complain too much π
It's funny when someone is clearly uncomfortable about me being trans but is being "good" and knows not to not say anything at work.
This person at my job that used to be somewhat chatty, not overly but just the right amount, literally says "Madison" and that's it now π€£
No hello or how are you, just my name in a clearly uncomfortable voice π
Hey at least he saying the correct name π
Just got deadnamed at the doctors in front a jam packed waiting room. Said my deadname followed by Madison. Sounds like she tried to catch herself as she was saying my deadname, but the damage was already done. She was super nice in the waiting room as she was taking my blood.
My gut instinct is that she genuinally made a mistake & didn't do it on purpose, but now a days who knows. It doesn't take much to look at the preferred name section before you actually call a name out.
@Priestess Good morning π
@researchbuzz That's what I get for trying to pull a fast one π€£ Spring is here, so I guess I'll need to be smarter with my sweater game ππ€£
@researchbuzz I'll break one out tomorrow ππ€£
@stueytheround oops π π€£
@Priestess I'm def active and can already see the negatives lol hope my natural hair grows a bit more quickly
@BarelyAwake thanks π
@NMWoman it may take an hour but very true π€£
@C_H_Antony trues statement of them all
@jca thanks π
@NMWoman a few more months with the wig and I may be ready to ditch it π
@Sheree thanks π
@mightymite I've been told before that a shorter look would work better, maybe that can be an option when my hair grows a tad bit more π
Just your average trans girl next door π I enjoy video games, spending time w/my kids, playing bball & taking too many selfies π€£Don't be afraid to say hi π
