It's going to be hard to thrash a way out of this depression to get anything done creatively.
Everything feels pointless.
I feel suicidal, but I'm too damn stubborn to quit. I want to live to see these awful people meet their karma. I have my own purpose to fulfill as well. I'm going to be like Ulysses strapped to the mast screaming at the sirens' calls while my 'crew' (sense of purpose) keeps rowing straight ahead.
now we must work together as never before in our lifetimes.
fascism is a recurring phenomenon and we will get stronger and more resilient fighting it again.

@MariaAragon64 Suicide is not the correct response to this. If you quit, our enemies win. There's a better way. I don't know what that is at the moment, but self annihilation is not it. The dead can't fight.

@MariaAragon64 i feel similarly. i hate that people who didn’t vote for him will suffer. but watching the selfish assholes who did vote for him get what’s coming to them will be 
. i hate that i’m one of those vengeful people now… i guess i’m an asshole in a different way than they are, and for now, i’m okay with that.
