Today has been a dreadful day. I'll start off by saying apart from bruises and a badly sprained ankle I am ok.

When travelling from the house to the garage to get in the car to go for my oxygen therapy a nut on one of my wheelchair front wheels fell off and I was propelled out of my wheelchair and onto the drive. I cannot get myself off the floor so the ambulance was called and they helped me back into my (repaired) wheelchair. 1/2

At the moment I am not able to stand so getting off it is hard but I'm hoping with rest and relaxation I can do it. 2/2
