@MelissaHDavis I do a physio class via Zoom every Thursday and one in person every Friday morning. They help a lot to strengthen my core muscles, correct my posture and/or exercise my legs (they have special exercise bikes where my feet and strapped in and I can stay in my wheelchair). Most Fridays I sit on a giant wobble cushion in front of a mirror and do arm exercises holding a rolling pin to work on my posture. So I am tired but feel better for it.

The wobble cushion sounds tough to balance on.
I am having a procedure today that will allow me to move without pain. I have been doing what I need all along, but admit the without pain part is exciting.
