@MichaelTalon @janallmac Yes it does suggest drunkeness. Generally, many Russians would be seen by us as alcoholics, and when poor they drink cheap bad quality vodka, I know never to try and outdrink a Russian (I don't remember calling them a taxi home, locking up my house or going upstairs to bed).
