KD: It’s rate of output per unit of input.
J: So, if I keep working faster, I’m more productive?
KD: To a point, most often quickness sacrifices accuracy.
J: Oh, is that why companies see automation as an answer?
KD: Many companies now are just in the profit game,
seemingly external to society.
J: You can invest in people or you can invest in things.
KD: We’re gonna see a lot more robots…
