S: You’ve been going at breakneck speed with the golfing and the biking and whatever you do in that gym.
KD: It’s called activity, it’s good for Seniors.
S: You weren’t this peppy last year with all this activity.

S: Oh, that’s a strategy?

Actually, working out, running some errands with the Mikster and then perhaps a bike ride later.
Haven't been on the Road Bike since my crash so I'm anxious to get back out. My elbows and forearms are not that anxious, but they're coming along for the ride anyway.
