Still dark here! But, the leaves are starting to fall. I need to switch out the late summer decor to the early fall decor, but I have been sadly distracted recently by much less fun things. :( But with labor day over and done with, it is time to start tempting fall to arrive, even though it will be late as usual. 😁

@Mandypar Thanks! It’s always a battle deciding to keep the one I have or get another… especially now with the shortage of available cars due to supply chain and chip manufacturing! Most cars need to be ordered and then it’s 6 months before delivery! 🙃
@j0n I bought my VW Golf in 2007 from new, I have never had problems and can usually still stand to transfer from my wheelchair into the passenger seat with no issues so we are avoiding replacing it. My fear is finding something to replace it with and whether I should bite the bullet now and get a WAV to avoid needing to replace it again at some point. So I am in avoidance mode. Could you not get something 6 months old to avoid the wait?
@Mandypar I could, but I’d lose a substantial portion of the EV / PHEV tax breaks…. At this point, my car had substantial equity and the cars I reallocated want are 6 months out. By that time a good deal of that equity will be gone, so 🤷🏻♂️ I’ve got my eye on a couple and will decide in a week or two. Wish me luck! 😉
