#MS How do many people with MS feel in hot weather (this is all true for me). So yes today has been very bad, yes I have numbness, yes I can't move my feet or anything else normally. It will get better as it cools.
@WuzzaDiva I had an ice lolly earlier (popsicle I think to you) and ice in my drinks. Now the window is open to try and take advantage of the slightly lower temperature. Generally, my husband/carer had to help me whenever I had to transfer from my wheelchair.
