How do many people with MS feel in hot weather (this is all true for me). So yes today has been very bad, yes I have numbness, yes I can't move my feet or anything else normally. It will get better as it cools.

@Mandypar So sorry Mandy. I hope this heat passes, and you feel better.

@Mandypar πŸ’œ so awful there. Saw some suggestions of wearing wet socks to try and keep body temps down. Hope y’all get relief soon

@WuzzaDiva I had an ice lolly earlier (popsicle I think to you) and ice in my drinks. Now the window is open to try and take advantage of the slightly lower temperature. Generally, my husband/carer had to help me whenever I had to transfer from my wheelchair.

@Mandypar Never knew the extent of extra heat being extra burdensome. I hope you are able to cool soon and more importantly, remain cool.

@ACG2 I tell my husband constantly that compared to him I will always be cool (truth), but being serious it is starting to cool off now and my windows are wide open to bring the house temperature down. πŸ™‚

@Mandypar

Thinking of you and the heat.

Take care and hope it does cool down soon. I read not until mid of next week.
