I suppose decades of being taught that any criticism of the Israeli state is anti-Zionism and anti-Semitism, plus a couple of decades of "there's terrorists here, wipe the country off the map" has ideologically cornered people.

Not agreeing with what the Israeli government is doing in Gaza is not anti-Semitism. I don't agree with what Israel's government is doing in Gaza. It is overkill. So many innocent children and Palestinians have been killed. Israel had every right to retaliate but enough is enough.
