ON this date in 1888 - The first issue of "National Geographic Magazine" was released at newsstands.
Bun Man was ecstatic over this release and he yelled to Mr. Purple "Jumpin' sakes a monkey..."
Mr. P was startled so he asked Bun what all the clamoring was about.

Bun told him "Have you seen the pics of the native women in here, this is better than the bra and pantie section of the Sears Catalog."
Mr. P, still puzzled, replied "Dude, what's a Sears Catalog?"
Bun pondered and said to himself "References are lost on the young..."
