ON this date in 1886 - The tuxedo dinner jacket made its U.S. debut in New York City.

Bun Man and Mr. Purple showed up at the Knickerbocker Club resplendent in their fine threads and the ladies, well let's just say, the ladies didn't admire from afar!

There is something to be said about a well-dressed man.

Bun would later say "I dress for men; I undress for women."

Angie Dickinson would steal this line some years later for Dressed to Kill.
