How much is misery worth in today's market, and are there market fluctuations and are there better times of the year when misery seem more tolerable?
Inquiring minds want to know...
In this situation, misery is holding onto the wing of my plane in the middle of the ocean, or being lost in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by other passengers who weren't as lucky as I was. Or, the ultimate misery, my loved ones living without me because I didn't survive the crash.
I wasn't going to ask for a dime. But I do plan to respond and tell Jet Blue that the crew was AMAZING. Their kindness and professionalism absolutely deserves recognition.
