Got through my run no problems, then moved ont to weights and I suddenly felt sick and nauseous... Finished out my set and came home skipping the elliptical.
I do not think this body appreciates being vaccinated. I waited 3 days and something still is upset.
I'm frontloading protein in the morning, it's making a lot of positive difference.
@Madken65 Ive been thinking of moving to a protein shake based breakfast before the runs.

Doing well, going on a bike ride this AM and then the Mikster and I are doing a garden tour to give us more ideas on our xeriscaping...
