Lowe’s became the latest employer to scrap DEI policies. The home improvement retailer told employees it will no longer participate in LGBTQ advocacy surveys or pride parades, NBC News reported, following similar announcements from Best Buy, John Deere, Jack Daniel’s, and other companies this year.

@Madken65 If it was 1950 and everyone related to Leave it to Beaver, then I would understand how radical and liberal the general public would look. It’s not though, it’s 75 years later. I might draw attention if I didn’t wear a bra but not the same kind of attention. People of different ethnic backgrounds have voices. Are intelligent, and bring just as much to the community as anyone else. We were not created to be clones, you are special and you count. That’s not politics, it’s respect.
