ON this date in 1904 - Mary Jarris "Mother" Jones was ordered by Colorado state authorities to leave the state.

She was accused of stirring up striking coal miners.

Miners Bun Man and Mr. Purple were so stirred by Mother they couldn't stop the swirling motion they experienced around their midsection.

Years later, the Boyz regaled Mick Jagger with their story and hence the song "Start Me Up" was born.
