ON this date in 1965 - More than 3,000 civil rights demonstrators led by the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. began a march from Selma to Montgomery, AL.

Bun Man and Mr. Purple, and UCONN college students, were there and marched all the way to Montgomery.

The Boyz sang folk songs w/ Pete Seeger and Woody Guthrie along the way while Rev. Kerrigan prayed for their souls.

Damn, I miss the 60s...
