When the last Chinese balloon went over Asheville, my son in PA asked me to go out on our roof garden & give them the finger.
I did it for him and all America.
Years ago hot air balloons lifted off from a field just outside my kitchen bay windows. I didn't know it was going to happen. I heard a surreal sound, looked out the windows as they were leaving the ground. It was unforgettable. The gorgeous colors literally filled the view outside.
