KD: Oh, well, it’s anfractuous.
BB: An…what?
KD: Anfractuous, it means circuitous…
BB: And we needed another word for circuitous?
KD: Boo-boo, it’s Latin…blame their flowery nature.
BB: I’m not into blame Bro…I kinda dig the new word. Let’s go on an anfractuous walk.
KD: If we know where home is, we can do anfractuous walks.

How's the Energy Level?
I'm back playing Golf again today, but later this AM, so I have time for chatting.
Isn't that just grand?

I had my oxygen yesterday and that helped some. I'm also determined to do 10 minutes per day with my feet on the vibration plate. So far I am holding my own. Friday at physio will be more telling.
