She was appointed by Governor Thomas W. Hardwick of Georgia to fill a vacancy.

Hi My name is Paula Felton Britt Rozov. Rebecca is well known in the American Felton clan. Not sure if it would interest you to know that Sir Thomas Felton was one of the original Black Knights of the Garter(Prince William is the 1000th). So the Felton crest hangs on its side(the designation of the first 69 knights)in St George’s chapel at Windsor Castle just above HenryVIII’s tomb.
