Stoltenberg: NATO sees evidence of Russia amassing over 200K troops in preparation of a new offensive. Putin hasn't changed his goals which have always been a complete capture of Ukraine to make it a sub-state of Russia.

Putin doesn't have the air assets to provide area defense for 200K, he's just feeding more slaughter

It's still dangerous to dismiss a 200K army as something to be brushed aside though
@Madken65 @Vonzales --Once the Ukranians get their hands on long range missles the tenor of this war will change. Ukraine has mostly been defending their own territory. But I'm of the mind they are planning a spring offensive with the goal of pushing back the Russians and to take back Crimea.
