Every few months, me and Queen Cavalier reward ourselves with a fine dining experience. Tonight it was a place called Geraldines. Pretty good rib eye steak and risotto with braised short ribs. The best part is always the cocktails and the dessert. We had expresso martinis, french martinis, and ended with a french style coffee service. We got all gussied up and I sported a bad-ass pair of Chucks.

I'm sorry - I know we aren't supposed to go there - but RFK Jr. sounds like death (apologies to all with spasmodic dysphonia but this is for context). He has no charisma, and offers less than zero politically, culturally, or ideologically. He is an empty suit with a frog in his throat and a worm in his brain. I hope he endorses and goes on the farewell tour. I'm sure he will generate tens of votes. I'm more frightened of his father and his uncle than I am of him.

Also the noise of the crowd is a lot louder on the stage than what you hear on tv/streaming, and sometimes the speaker has to get louder to hear themselves. Remember Hillary's speech in 2016? She sounded like a cat trapped in a rocking chair factory but she probably could barely hear herself on the stage. It's the nature of the beast.

The absolutely unacceptable comments on other sm re: Tim Walz' son is indicative of how those people really feel about persons with disabilities. It started, and should have ended, with mocking Serge Kovaleski. But instead they are perfectly comfortable pretending that "if everyone is equal than everyone is fair game" to mask the fact that they want "different" people to go away. Anyone who thought they would stop at immigrants and transgender better buckle up.
