This insanity has to be stopped. So many smart people have great ideas that will likely never pass Congress. I’m lately thinking the easiest answer might be prosecuting the parents. #GunProliferation #GunViolence

We've had multiple similar incidents in central IND just the last few days. 12 yo was arrested in front of his school with his parents standing there. Insanity.
@MPCavalier it’s at the level of a mental illness for too many. The graphs if these things around the world are heartbreaking because nearly all of them are us.
