(Seriously, you go looking for *one* detail, and sometimes you trip over a million heartbreakingly complex parts of our messy world, with all its weaponized competing histories. We forget so much to make space for inflicting fresh wounds on one another today.)

@MLClark I have cohorts who make me walk and talk a couple times a day. They check my 🦇 💩 when they know I'm doing a big plunge. Best advice. Go walk for 20 minutes, eat, hydrate, find a 4 year old and ask them the meaning of life. Potty and restart.
