In English, one "pulls a [NAME]" if they do something another person is known to do.

In Spanish, one "does a [NAME as an adjective]", "hacer un [NAME]-ado/-eado".

If someone has "pulled a [YOUR NAME]", what would they have had to have done? πŸ‘€

@MLClark

Lost their phone. It happens all the time. I leave it in the oddest places. Once I was phoneless all day despite going through all bags and pockets, scanning all surfaces, searching the car, etc. Battery dead of course. That night I went to bed resigned to the loss only to discover that I had made the bed that morning with my phone under the pillow and between the sheets. 🀷

@LiseL

πŸ˜… You tucked it in!

Let this be a lesson against doing chores, I suppose. πŸ˜‰

@MLClark

I did!

It was in a cupboard with the cereal once. I don't do this with other objects, like keys. I think it's most likely because I don't want anyone calling me. πŸ˜‚
