Yes.
Talk to anyone who has real experience in war, or war leadership, and they will agree. The "trickling out" support of arms and technology that the west has taken, toward Ukrainian victory. Has cost not only lives, but insures greater suffering in the near future. Fighting a bully with one hand tied behind your back, even if he has the threat of a big gun. Is not warfare, it's "measured stupidity."
