@joycereynoldsward, how are you doing? I haven't been as focused as I meant to be, and I haven't expressed how sorry I am for the medical challenges you've been moving through as of late.
How's your heart?
How's your mood?
Are you find yourself able to set good routines, from one day to the next, to ground yourself amid so much uncertainty and stress?
I do so hope you're doing okay - and taking care of yourself as best you can.
@MLClark oh, no worries! You've been facing your own challenges. And thank you.
I'm working my way through things. At the moment life is positive and I'm embracing that. I had a nice Sunday afternoon visit outside with a good friend, am writing again and...well, we're getting through things. Which is the best I can do right now.
The colonoscopy prep used a substance that I know has side effects in me, and it's also a problem with vax preservatives. So still clearing that stuff out.
I'm glad you're able to take time for rest and recovery - and that you know your body well enough that you can monitor all the "fun" new health quirks as they arise.
May the good on your end continue for as long as possible. 🤗
Oh, horses are good.
They'll listen to you talk of human trespass, human ego, human folly, and they'll understand not a word of us, but invite you into a different way of existing in this one and precious life all the same. :) I'm thankful for your joy in the little things, Joyce. Thanks for sharing it.
@MLClark heh. Both the horses are smart and know more English than they're willing to let on. Especially if they think ignoring words might get them kookies.
