Running time!

It's been a while due to my extreme reboot protocol this past month, so the trick today will be not over-exerting myself even though the body can usually leap back into a *first* workout well. (One then pays for it the day after. 🙃) We'll start with a light 3k, 5k tops, and some runner's yoga.

Happy Tuesday, CoSo! Hydrate and stretch out those cricks and cracks, if you can!

And... only harassed once this morning.

But didn't get overwhelmed this time, even when he followed me for part of my route.

After Jan-Feb's aide crisis for a family in need, & then the robbery in February, I started feeling more overwhelmed than usual by the street harassment while being without friends close at hand this year.

The person who makes me feel safest is working day and night in another country right now. It's been tough to stabilize mental wellness alone. But! We press on.

I too am starting to reboot my running ... erm, "routine" sounds like too strong a word. I despise street harassment. I'm mostly safe from it here in the suburbs, but it's one reason I hate running in the dark and won't generally do it, at least not alone. I'm sorry you're on your own just now, but hope your person comes back soon.
