This is absolutely horrible and pointlessly vague. No details or course or action. What is anyone supposed to do with this warning?The politicians using homophobia/transphobia to get elected are to blame, too. 😡

@janallmac Generally with State Department generalized warnings we're meant to consult their country-specific information for details relevant to us. However, the way this is phrased reflects the fact that the situation really is that bad out there.
