@BobbieR21 not only has nothing gotten better...she has ramped up the roundups. This last year has been record breaking. Massive. And most herds have lost generic viability. But, so called wild horse advocates are actually in collusion with blm as well. It's such a huge scam on a massive level and tax payers have no clue it's happening.
