@Lucky188 Many legal analysts thought his call was too vague to hold up as a charge. I'm inclined to agree. I think he'd have been acquitted if charged, and clearly the DA thought so.
@RationalLeft Still hopes for a Federal rico indictment, many of the rats involved in DC that didn't make the GA cut. (Graham, Johnson, Grassley etc..)
@Lucky188 Smith will clearly do as much as he thinks he could win with in court. We'll see what that ends up being. He obviously wanted to get Trump charged first for reasons of speed, but the grand jury is still going for now.
