Well, I can't get the water hose disconnected from the spigot 😒Told her to bring a heat tape home but I'm gonna need a backup in case the power goes out.

@StephanieResists In many cases there is a shut off valve inside the house where the outside spigot goes out. If you have one shut it off there and then open the outside spigot to release any pressure.
