If you feel like you are slipping into a bad place (like depression) see your doctor. Don't suffer.
I recently had to increase my meds. I was dipping WAY to low 3 or 4 times a week. I explored this in my mindful way and its the recent changes to income and having to retire has caused an underlying anxiety for future.
I'm still very positive about future but sometimes there can be something small that can wear you down.
