I'm at work by 7am, we're f/t self-employed, we live and work in the same building, and this morning at 4:30 I offered to be downstairs a couple of hours early as we're renovating the place and was happy to do some renovating before opening the shop.

He called me Mrs Dumpling! I called him Mr Teddybear!

When sitting down to put my trousers on this morning and my right knee jerked left-ways. Pain was excruciating, like bones rubbish against each other! Have taken some painkillers and it's still painful! HA!

We were told yesterday that our favourite local cafe is up for sale. Dave has owned it for years but like so many businesses, he's losing trade/not so many customers. I loved his mugs of hot choc with Baileys and his Full English breakfasts! Whoever buys the business will have to cough up £48,000. Dave's now working p/t with Morrisons but is going f/t when the business is sold.

I woke up in the middle of the night, flat on my back, to find our little cat laying on my chest with her head pushed against my face, singing daintily! AWWWW!

It's my beloved hubby's birthday, 5th August, today, he's 62.

I've bought him some general prezzies but in a few days I'll get him something really special and take him to either Angelo's Ristorante Fine Dine or Ashiana Indian Fine Dine, whichever he likes!

It's pouring down again and cold, which I love, I LOVE rain etc.

Am also looking forward to snuggling in bed tonight with a hot water bottle and our little fluff god cat!
