Mom and I did it! We could only bring a fraction of the pies we planned to deliver to the grocery store weโre in, but theyโre happy, and our local customers, twice what we planned for, are happy. And, Mom and I are still alive. Whew!
My hands are red, cracked, and burned from all the baking and cleaning, and it wasnโt enough. Weโre THRILLED our new little bakery was slammed, but weโre making some big changes for next Thanksgiving. Itโs a list. ๐ค God help us with the upcoming holidays (Iโm grateful for this problem, BTW, just venting). ๐ซฃ
