@dauphin87 Just find a surgeon who does the new hip surgery, there are more and more of them. It’s a faster recovery and a more stable joint. Get it over with, if you need it. It’s such a relief to be able to stand up straight and walk normally again, and my back isn’t yelling at me so much anymore.

I ran into several of my undergrad and grad professors, and they collectively told me that I have to keep writing even though I have become an entrepreneur. That was a boost I didn’t know I needed. ❤️ (I will write again soon, promise.)

@dauphin87 Good luck!! I just had both hips replaced via the new surgery, and, though full recovery takes a long time (like to be able to do yoga, etc.), I’m so glad I did it!! I had no idea how bad off I was until I had both hips replaced.

@see_the_sus You’ll get better with time and practice!! The first pictures I took for my bakery were awful next to what I do now! As for descriptions, tell the story of the item. Everything has a story, and people connect with stories.

I did ask, and I’ve been checking my email ever since. This is the first time Mom and I made sheet cakes, which we didn’t realize would be different from baking in the smaller round pans. Baking can drive a person insane, there’s always some kind of crazy not good surprise that has to be investigated. That’s fun when there isn’t a deadline and money on the line.
