I did ask, and I’ve been checking my email ever since. This is the first time Mom and I made sheet cakes, which we didn’t realize would be different from baking in the smaller round pans. Baking can drive a person insane, there’s always some kind of crazy not good surprise that has to be investigated. That’s fun when there isn’t a deadline and money on the line.
