@LindaGoodliffe
Looks yummy!
@Scott1958 Thank you!
@LindaGoodliffe
I made some brownies a couple of weeks ago in this 9" springform pan. We're at 6000 ft and I didn't make adjustments but I have never seen brownies climb up the sides of a pan like this before... Tasted good, but not what I was hoping for.
@tgraph52 Wow!! Thatโs an impressive failure! ๐ I think the failures are part of the fun, as long as youโre not trying to meet a deadline. Iโm glad they were yummy!!
it was a treat for my wife and I... just a very strange occurrence.
@tgraph52 Iโve gotten buttercream on the ceiling. Iโve made a giant chocolate cracker when I was trying to make cake. Nothing phases me at this point. My guess is that the heat conduction from the pan, combined with whatever altitude does to baking, is the culprit.
@tgraph52 Exactly! ๐๐๐
@LindaGoodliffe I may have failed to mention previously that I am always available as a beta taster. DM for address, please ๐. I'm glad that you were successful!
@Ironworker229 Got it! Thank you for offering to help! ๐
I just ate a piece, and Iโm close!! Now itโs just a matter of finesse. It rose all the way through, itโs not dry, and it tastes like chocolate, not sugar. Yay! I just need to make a few minor changes to get the texture where I want it to be.
