My roommate at the hospital was a Lebanese gentleman. He was in there for a heart attack. A friend showed up and they were speaking Arabic. I heard the word "Hezbollah". From the tone, I could tell it wasn't laudatory what they were saying. (I gathered they were Maronites.)

Still taking a break, but I thought I'd hop on to regale you with my latest health travesty.

Last night I accidentally bit my tongue. No biggie, right? Wrong. Two hours later my tongue was swollen. Two hours after that I tell my wife to take me to the ER. By then everything in my mouth was swollen. Then I was admitted to a room for observation. They think that my Lisinopril is what caused the swelling from the bite. So, change of BP meds, and I'm going home now after dinner.

We stand here, we fight here.

I won't be on here for a while. All social media is injurious to my mental health right now.

And, as I take my break, a hearty fuck you to anyone who just couldn't vote for the email lady. This is on you, no matter how many mental gyrations you make.
