Still taking a break, but I thought I'd hop on to regale you with my latest health travesty.
Last night I accidentally bit my tongue. No biggie, right? Wrong. Two hours later my tongue was swollen. Two hours after that I tell my wife to take me to the ER. By then everything in my mouth was swollen. Then I was admitted to a room for observation. They think that my Lisinopril is what caused the swelling from the bite. So, change of BP meds, and I'm going home now after dinner.
We stand here, we fight here.
I won't be on here for a while. All social media is injurious to my mental health right now.
And, as I take my break, a hearty fuck you to anyone who just couldn't vote for the email lady. This is on you, no matter how many mental gyrations you make.

Just as Roe was reversed and protections of voting rights and Affirmative Action were reversed, today's SCOTUS ruling can be reversed as well. Young people just have to not become disillusioned and throw in the towel when they don't immediately get what they want. Take the first step on the long game, just as the Republicans do. Hopefully the reversal won't take 50 years.
Start the process. Understand how it actually works. Participate.
