My wife is a wonderful, caring woman. She is beyond the price of pearls to me.
Sadly, she has a major problem: She simply can't decide on food. So she winds up eating crap.
That is the genesis of me making jambalaya tonight. I told her: I'm cooking, you'll eat it, you'll like it, and you won't have to think about it.
95% of the time she loves what I cook.
